Hart Power Starting Blocks

Hart Sport Starting Block, Be the first out of the blocks every time with the Power Starting Blocks. The blocks have a slotted steel channel with aluminium paddles and 26 slots for pads to fit.  The contoured pads are adjustable to four angle adjustments and feature a quick release system.
