Refund policy

Returns
Products purchased at runnersshop.com.au may be returned at your own cost within 30 days of delivery in accordance with the Returns Policy below. Refunds can only be issued back to the original method of payment.

Should you need to return a product to us, please follow the steps below:

Email us at info@coastrunnersshop.com.au or call on +61 2 43336064 with the following information (please also include these details inside the returned parcel):
- Order Number
- Reason for Return
- Request for either refund or exchange (all exchanges incur a $12 shipping and processing fee)
We will respond within 3 business days with confirmation stating that the product was purchased from us and whether the product can be accepted for return. 
Once confirmation has been received that the return will be accepted, please package your product up and have it delivered to:

IMPORTANT: All items must be returned in their original packaging (including box) with tags attached, unworn and unused. When returning items in boxes please ensure you pack them inside a satchel (or wrapping) and ensure you do not attach anything to the outside of the original shoe box. Should the packaging be marked or in unsatisfactory condition we will not be able to accept your return as we will not be able to resell the product.

Once the product has been received and assessed to meet the criteria of our returns policy we will process the exchange or refund as quickly as possible.

Returns Policy

Products purchased at runnersshop.com.au can be returned within 30 days of delivery, if they are in their original packaging (including box), unworn, unwashed and tags still attached.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless a product was incorrect or faulty when shipped by us. This includes change of mind or incorrect choice of size, or colour.

If the shipment was our error, we will send/email a return postage label for return of the product. Once the product is received back in-store, the correct product will be resent via Express Post.

Runners Shop may charge a reasonable fee should you return any goods for return, credit or exchange which have been damaged while in your care. Generally credits/refunds are limited to the cost of the goods excluding freight charges. Any disputes shall be judged under the laws of the State of New South Wales.

Faulty goods will be considered on an individual basis.

Please allow up to 14 business days for refunds to be processed.


Warranty

We stand behind our brands products with an assurance of quality materials and workmanship.  
 
Warranty period  

We offer a 6-month manufacturing warranty on all footwear from the date of purchase.  Please note any warranty claims may take up to 4 weeks to process.
 
Warranty conditions 
 If your item(s) meet the below criteria, we will gladly issue you a replacement. If a replacement is not available, we can issue store-credit or a full refund.  
- The item is faulty and is not of acceptable quality, this will be assessed supplied imagery, then again upon return if suitable.

Note: This warranty does not cover any defects due to normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, alteration of the product, negligence or improper fit. Claims may take up to 4 weeks to process.

Additional Note: If a new item is sent to you via postal service under warranty, you will be required to pay a $12AUD (Domestic) / $15AUD (International) shipping fee for replacement under warranty.

Note: Warranties may require the faulty item to be returned to our store before we can issue a replacement. This is done at your own cost.

International Warranties
Please note should you wish to return a faulty item that is required to be sent back to the supplier (eg. Nike), you will be required to post the item back to our store in Australia at your own cost.
 
What’s next? 

If you believe your item may have a manufacturing fault, please submit your item for assessment via email to info@coastrunnersshop.com.au with the subject line 'Faulty - [insert name and order number]’ as your return reason. You will need to provide images of the item, clearly showing the fault and label (inside tag stating shoe size etc). If your item is deemed faulty, you'll be issued a replacement or refund. 

Claims may take up to 4 weeks to process.
