We offer a 6-month warranty on all footwear from the date of purchase.
If your item(s) meet the below criteria, we will gladly issue you a replacement. If a replacement is not available, we can issue store-credit or a full refund on the product.
- The item is faulty and is not of acceptable quality. This will be assessed from supplied imagery as per the below.
Note: This warranty does not cover any defects due to normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, alteration of the product, negligence or improper fit.
If you believe your item may have a manufacturing fault, please submit your item for assessment via email to email@example.com with the subject line 'Faulty - [insert name and order number]’ as your return reason.
You will need to provide details on what the product is used for, how many days per week it us worn/used and on what surface, plus the following images of the product/s:
- a photo of the tops of both shoes/items
- a photo of the bottoms of both shoes/items
- a clear photo of the inside tag showing the size and manufacturing code etc.
- a close up of the fault
If your item is deemed faulty, you'll be issued a replacement (if available), store credit or refund.
Please note: If you your order was an online purchase, and your item meets our warranty terms, you will be required to pay a $10 shipping and processing fee for replacement, as the orignal postage service was already received. Express post available at an extra cost.
