Monday - Friday: 9am-5pm
Saturday: 9am-2pm
Sunday: Closed
Public Holidays: Closed

Where will my online order be shipped from?
Most online orders are shipped from our Central Coast store on the east coast of Australia. However, some orders may be shipped from our Sydney Store.

When will my order be packed?
Orders are generally packed next day. If your order is placed after 12pm on a Friday or on the weekend, your order will be packed on Monday (excluding public holidays).

What courier will my order be shipped with?
Either Australia Post or Aramex Couriers - the courier used will be chosen based on the size and weight of your order. All express orders will be sent via Australia Post only.

When will my order be shipped?
Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be packed and shipped during the week. Allow 72 hours for parcel drop off to post office if order is placed after 12pm on a Friday, or over the weekend. Unfortunately our post offices are not open during weekends, or public holidays. Please allow up to 3 days for tracking details to update.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard: 4-8 business days (up to 10 days to WA and SA)
Express: 2-4 business days (to most domestic locations within Australia)
Aramex Australia (check delivery timeframe here)
Standard: 5-8 business days (up to 10 days to WA and SA)
Express: Not available

Do you ship internationally?
We ship to New Zealand only - with Australia Post. Shipping fees apply at checkout.
Standard: 6-27 business days
Express: 3-10 business days
