Shipping & Delivery
We offer free shipping on orders over $150* within Australia. International orders (we ship to New Zealand) will be subject to individual fees for delivery, depending on size, weight and destination.
*This excludes heavy and bulky items (ie. Shot Put, Starting Blocks, javelins etc). These items may incur an extra fee.

When will your order be packed?
Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be packed and shipped during the week. Allow 72 hours for parcel drop off to post office if order is placed after 12pm on a Friday, or over the weekend. Unfortunately our post offices are not open during weekends, or public holidays. Please allow up to 3 days for tracking details to update.

Important Information About Delivery Times
All delivery times are indications only (as provided by the individual delivery service), and indicate the time it would normally take for delivery once the goods are dispatched from one of our two locations. Once goods have been dispatched, you will be provided with a tracking number to follow the movements of your order.

International Delivery
We offer international delivery to New Zealand only. Postage fees apply. Please allow extra days for all international orders to be shipped.

Couriers

Australia Post
Standard Shipping:
 Delivery is generally within 2 to 10 days. If the address is unattended a card (or email/text) will be left to pick up the parcel at your local Post Office.
Express Shipping: Please allow 24 hours for your order to be packed if placed on a week day, and 48 hours if placed on a weekend. Unfortunately our local post offices are not open during the weekend and we are unable to drop parcels off until Monday (or after a public holiday). Depending on your location, express parcels can take between 1-6 business days to be delivered. SA, NT and WA locations will likely take 3-6 business days, possibly longer for rural areas.

Aramex: Delivery to select locations around Australia, generally within 2 to 6 days.

If address is unattended, your parcel may be left in a safe locaton. This is entirely at your own risk. Please consider when ordering.

Note: Delivery times may vary, particularly for remote locations. The delivery times mentioned are an indicative time for delivery from when your order ships  from one of our two locations.

Returns & Replacement

Products purchased at runnersshop.com.au can be returned at your own cost within 30 days of delivery in accordance with the Returns Policy below. Should you need to return a product to us, please follow the steps below:

Email us at info@coastrunnersshop.com.au or call on +61 2 43336064 with the following information:
- Order Number
- Reason for Return
- Request for either return or exchange (all exchanges incur a $10 shipping and processing fee)
We will respond within 3 business days with confirmation stating that the product was bought from us and whether the product can be accepted for return. If you qualify under the Returns Policy outlined below we will issue you with a Return Authorisation Number.
Once confirmation has been received that the return will be accepted, please package your product up and have it delivered to:

Returns Policy

Products purchased at runnersshop.com.au can be returned within 30 days of delivery, if they are as new, in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and tags still attached.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless a product was incorrect or faulty when shipped by us. This includes change of mind or incorrect choice of size, or colour.

If the shipment was our error, we will send/email a return postage label for return of the product. Once the product is received back in-store, the correct product will be resent via Express Post.

Runners Shop may charge a reasonable fee should you return any goods for return, credit or exchange which have been damaged while in your care. Generally credits/refunds are limited to the cost of the goods excluding freight charges. Any disputes shall be judged under the laws of the State of New South Wales.

Faulty goods will be considered on an individual basis.

Please allow up to 14 business days for refunds to be processed.

IMPORTANT: When returning shoes in boxes please ensure you pack them inside a satchel & ensure you do not attach anything to the outside of the original shoe box. Should the packaging be marked or in unsatisfactory condition we will not be able to accept your return as we will not be able to resell the product.

Once the product has been received and assessed to meet the criteria of our returns policy we will process the exchange or refund as quickly as possible.

International Returns & Warranties
Please note should you wish to return a faulty item that is required to be sent back to the supplier (eg. Nike), you will be required to get the item back to Australia of your own cost, plus be required to pay a shipping fee to have the replacement item shipped to you internationally.
