Email Each Week  Everyone continues to taper and reduce their kilometres this week as we continue to count down.  Some people start to feel like they want to run more and find it hard to hold back during the taper. Email Each Week  Welcome to week 8.  I hope your training is going well so far.  There is no long run for this week. The track sessions are substantially reduced and you should start to freshen up a little this week. I have scheduled another Park Run for Saturday.  You should be able to compare it to week 4 and measure if you have improved from 4 weeks ago.
