It also improves accuracy on treadmills and indoor tracks, making it a valuable training tool when GPS isn't available. On hilly routes, the POD 2 provides more responsive Effort Pace, helping you understand how hard you're working rather than relying solely on traditional GPS pace.

The POD 2 also provides advanced running metrics including ground time, left/right balance, stride height and stride ratio, giving you greater insight into your running mechanics. Use the Running Form Test to understand your running style and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
