Our Program
Looking for a way to introduce a love of exercise and promote wellbeing in your child's everyday routine?
Our programs are designed to develop all levels of runner from young beginners who want to exercise in the park, to experienced competitors keen to boost race performance.
We specialise in technique , agility, coordination, race preparation and race day performance through programs that focus on the important areas of warm-up/cool-down, dynamic and static stretching, drills to enhance running form and speed development.
From Cross Country racing to track athletics we can tailor training programs for all distances from 100 to 8,000 metre school and club events.

Group Sessions
The Development Squad
Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 4pm in Centennial Park, for Beginners to Intermediate runners and those looking to increase their fitness for other sports.
The Elite Group
Winter times Monday and Friday 4:15pm pm Centennial Park and Wednesday 5:30pm ES Marks Track.
Daylight Saving Time Monday and Friday 5pm Centennial Park and Wednesday 5:15pm ES Marks Track. This group is for runners who have competed to at least Regional Level in Cross Country or Track.

Track Sessions
We have a Track specific session on Wednesday Evenings at ES Marks Athletics Fields in Kensington from 5.15pm.
These sessions are perfect for athletes racing in Little Athletics or Club and School Championships in all distances from 100 to 5,000m.
