The NOVABLAST™ 5 running shoe is a lightweight, bouncy, energized trainer for up-tempo paces, light intervals, and short distances on race day. This shoe features a midsole and outsole geometry that helps produce an energized ride.
The trampoline outsole geometry is updated, for a more energetic toe off and improved grip.
FF BLAST™ MAX cushioning is ASICS' newest, lightest, and most responsive daily training foam (FF TURBO for racing remains their most responsive foam). FF BLAST™ MAX cushioning helps create softer landings and a more energized toe-off during your training.
A tongue wing construction in the upper helps improve the fit while reducing tongue movement. It's complemented with an engineered jacquard mesh upper that offers more stretch and ventilation.
