The Nike Wildhorse 7 has a full-length React foam midsole that creates a springy and smooth ride. This React foam is surrounded by a firmer compound that is raised around the heel to add more durability. Underfoot this shoe will have a rock plate and lugs that can handle any kind of terrain or surface. The upper is the main update to this model and it is more breathable than before allowing runners to spend more time in the trails.
